Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Kansas City, Missouri! We are looking for diligent individuals to support our busy warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in various tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your contribution is vital to the smooth running of our logistics network. We are committed to maintaining a Safe workplace and expect all employees to strictly adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick items according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and wear necessary PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Strong knowledge of and commitment to Safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to dispatch.
