We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our San Jose, California facility. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient handling of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment are essential. We prioritize Safety above all else and expect all team members to strictly adhere to our Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store inventory accurately.
- Pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear designated PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Ability to handle consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and logistics best practices.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can contribute to the efficiency and Safety of our warehouse and logistics operations.
