As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of essential warehouse tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, sorting and staging products, and assisting with loading and unloading. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that our products reach their destinations efficiently and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and possesses a strong commitment to teamwork and safety. This role demands physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly is required. Strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. Experience with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Sort and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all established safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
