We are seeking an organized and efficient Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the outbound shipment process, ensuring that all orders are accurately prepared, documented, and dispatched on time. Your duties will include verifying shipping orders against packed goods, selecting appropriate shipping carriers and methods, preparing shipping labels and documentation, and coordinating with carriers for pickup. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate shipping records and ensuring the smooth flow of goods leaving the warehouse. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple departments. The role involves some lifting, up to 30 pounds, and requires standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual eager to contribute to our logistics success. Experience with shipping software and carrier portals is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outgoing shipments accurately.
- Verify orders against shipping documentation before dispatch.

- Coordinate with freight carriers for timely pickups.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and records.
- Ensure warehouse shipping area is organized and tidy.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers.
