We are seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in the efficient processing and dispatch of goods. This role encompasses a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading shipments. You will work with cutting-edge technology to ensure accuracy and speed in fulfilling orders. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position involves substantial physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently is required. You will be expected to follow all established safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Sort and organize inventory for efficient order fulfillment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and trailers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
