Join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as an Inventory Clerk. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You will be involved in conducting physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, updating inventory records in our system, and investigating stock issues. A meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory management principles are essential. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that inventory data is precise, supporting efficient operations and preventing stockouts or overstock situations. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working with data, performing meticulous checks, and ensuring compliance with all inventory control policies and Safety procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records accurately in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Ensure all inventory handling procedures adhere to Safety standards.
- Use and maintain required PPE .
- Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory needs and movements.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics efficiency through accurate inventory management.
- Tasks may involve some moderate Lifting and movement of stock.
