In this vital role, you will be instrumental in the smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse, from receiving to put-away and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting with cycle counts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position is key to our overall logistics operations, ensuring that materials are handled with care and precision. We are looking for individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a productive and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities include:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Use and maintain required PPE .
- Perform duties that involve moderate to heavy Lifting , typically up to 60 lbs.
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in good working order.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain functions of the facility.
