We are expanding our team and seeking a diligent Distribution Center Associate in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that are essential to the efficient operation of our logistics hub. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your role is critical in ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of working effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus. A primary focus in this role is maintaining a safe and secure workplace. All associates are required to strictly follow safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting of items up to 60 pounds. You will be an integral part of a team committed to excellence in logistics and operational efficiency. - Receiving and inspecting incoming freight.
- Storing and organizing inventory within the distribution center.
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (if certified).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety standards and procedures.
- Using PPE as mandated for warehouse operations.
