We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks critical to our logistics and operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be expected to follow all established safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all logistics guidelines for efficient warehouse operations.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and sustained physical activity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated understanding of safe lifting techniques and workplace safety.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics is a plus.
