You will be involved in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined location.
- Accurately pick orders from stock and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack and seal orders for outgoing shipment.
- Load and unload goods from trucks.
- Inspect products for defects or damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized distribution center.
- Adhere to all Safety rules and company policies, including wearing required PPE.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
