Job Summary:
We are hiring a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will work closely with the logistics team to manage inventory accurately and ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, works well in a team, and prioritizes safety in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required or provided).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Respond to and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the efficient flow of our logistics operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
  • Ability to handle significant amounts of Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
