Job Summary:
Seeking an Order Picker to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations and plays a critical part in our logistics chain. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety are key. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using picking lists or scanners.
Verify product information, quantities, and codes.
Ensure picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.

This position involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 45 pounds. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
