Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory with meticulous accuracy.
- Verify contents against shipping manifests and purchase orders.
- Efficiently store and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Safely pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Ensure consistent use of required PPE during all warehouse activities.
- Participate in inventory management processes and stock checks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Must be capable of regular, heavy Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding and strict adherence to Safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
