experienced inside sales professional
to convert warm inbound leads into premium estate planning clients. This role requires confidence, emotional intelligence, and a disciplined approach to follow-up. You are not selling a commodity.

$100,000 OTE + bonus Responsibilities:
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
What You’ll Do Convert warm, qualified leads into closed estate planning engagements Conduct consultative sales calls with families and affluent clients Confidently present premium service options and guide decision-making Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline momentum Manage CRM (HubSpot) with accuracy; track KPIs and forecasts Ensure smooth handoff to the legal team after closing
Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven success in consultative, high-value sales Experience in legal, financial, insurance, or similar industries preferred Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
