The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical skill set, including extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and traditional systems. The role demands a proactive approach to problem‑solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional looking to advance their career within a supportive and innovative company.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable and considered essential.
Proficiency in Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and core applications such as Exchange and Domain Services.
Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and Remote Desktop Services.
Hands‑on experience with network technologies and equipment support.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve application, connectivity, and hardware incidents.
Understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts.
Knowledge of backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with team members.
Own transport and a valid driving licence, as the role is predominantly office‑based with some client visits.
Willingness to undertake Microsoft certifications such as AZ‑104, AZ‑304, AZ‑700, AZ800 & 801 to enhance technical expertise.

Assisting with pre‑sales technical support to help secure new business opportunities.
Managing support tickets and email communications to resolve client issues promptly.
Handling inbound calls from clients and providing timely solutions.
Carrying out routine business activities such as vulnerability management, patching, and backend systems troubleshooting.
Serving as the primary technical lead for complex client issues, ensuring effective resolution.
Training and mentoring other team members, sharing knowledge, and supporting their professional development.
Collaborating closely with the Service Desk Manager to maintain high service standards and improve support processes.
Benefits
Free Microsoft training and certifications to facilitate continuous professional development.
Ongoing access to industry‑relevant training programs and certifications.
24 days of holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays, with additional days awarded based on length of service.
