Job Title: US Product Manager – Lynniar & CreditBoxed Location: Remote JAN and FEB - Then Hybrid (UK/US hours overlap required) Department: Product & Partnerships Reports to: Commercial Director / CEO Type: Full-Time Salary: £40,000 + Bonus About Us Mediablanket operates a suite of high-performance financial platforms across the UK and US. In the US, we manage two core products, with the second coming online in March/April 2026: - Lynniar US - A lead distribution, lender-matching, and affiliate-driven CRM platform for personal finance verticals - CreditBoxed - A financial services and credit reporting tool that provides users with personalised guidance, product comparison, and data-driven insights Together, these platforms create a powerful ecosystem for driving high-quality traffic, consumer value, and revenue across the US financial market. We are now hiring a US Product Manager to take ownership of both products, grow traffic, build partner relationships, and ensure the platform delivers consistent performance. Role Overview The US Product Manager – Lynniar & CreditBoxed is responsible for: - Managing the Lynniar US CRM and ensuring optimal traffic routing, partner performance, and revenue generation - Growing CreditBoxed by driving traffic into the platform, initially via Lynniar and then via wider US affiliates - Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, brokers, product partners, and affiliate networks - Monitoring system behaviour, performance trends, and identifying opportunities for optimisation - Working cross-functionally with development, compliance, and marketing teams to enhance both platforms - Working with the UK team to ensure efficiencies are in place and to manage email performance Key Responsibilities Product Ownership – Lynniar US - Own day-to-day performance of the Lynniar US CRM - Oversee routing logic, lender matching, partner performance, and funnel flow - Manage lender and affiliate integrations and technical onboarding - Identify opportunities to improve revenue per lead, acceptance rates, and throughput - Work with the development team to scope, prioritise, and deliver product improvements - Ensure US compliance considerations (TILA, TCPA, data) are reflected in all workflows Product Ownership – CreditBoxed - Own performance and growth of CreditBoxed traffic flows - Initially build traffic through Lynniar US, expanding into: - Affiliate partners - Media buyers - Comparison partners - Email / content channels - Optimise the CreditBoxed journey for conversions and engagement - Develop strategies for recurring traffic and re-engagement - Support broader product enhancements such as: - Personalisation - User segmentation - Reporting optimisation Traffic & Affiliate Growth - Identify US affiliates capable of delivering high-quality financial traffic - Build and manage affiliate relationships, negotiating rates, caps, and campaign terms - Ensure traffic quality is monitored, protected, and continuously improved - Work with UK marketing to test new channels, creatives, and acquisition methods - Provide detailed performance reporting via Lynniar Client & Lender Relationship Management - Manage relationships with US lenders and brokers across personal finance - Conduct performance reviews and agree optimisation plans - Resolve issues quickly to avoid revenue disruption - Keep all partners informed of routing updates, system changes, and opportunities - Work with compliance to ensure all partner journeys meet regulatory expectations Data, Reporting & Revenue Optimisation - Monitor daily reporting dashboards for anomalies, trends, and opportunities - Analyse partner performance, route profitability, and drop-off points - Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports - Drive continuous improvements in: - Revenue per lead - Conversion rates - Acceptance rate uplift - Traffic quality Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Product and Development teams to deliver the roadmap - Collaborate with Marketing to acquire traffic and strengthen conversion funnels - Support Compliance in ensuring regulatory adherence - Share insights with UK teams to leverage cross-market learnings Skills & Experience Required - Experience in US financial services, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or credit reporting - Strong understanding of US personal loan markets and lender approval logic - Product management or platform ownership background - Confident managing commercial relationships and negotiations - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills - Familiarity with CRM systems, lead routing platforms, or matching engines - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation ability Desirable - Experience with credit reporting platforms or consumer financial tools - Knowledge of US compliance areas such as TILA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM - Understanding of API integrations and partner technical onboarding - Experience working across teams (development, marketing, compliance) - Affiliate network management experience Personal Attributes - Proactive, commercially minded, and accountable - Comfortable handling both strategy and hands-on execution - Resourceful and able to troubleshoot quickly - Strong relationship-builder with a calm and professional approach - Driven by growth, performance, and continuous improvement What Success Looks Like (3–6 Months) - CreditBoxed has consistent daily traffic and measurable growth - Lynniar US is stable, optimised, and delivering improved revenue per lead - New affiliates and lenders have been onboarded successfully - Clear product roadmap items have been delivered - Reporting, routing, and platform behaviours are predictable and monitored - Partners see you as their go-to operational and commercial contact Why Join Us?
