Main Responsibilities for the successful Project Co-Ordinator: As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects that directly impact clients and internal teams. You will work closely with engineers, service delivery managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. * Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple client-facing IT projects * Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope * Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reports throughout the project lifecycle * Track and report on project milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables * Act as a key point of communication between stakeholders, clients, engineers, and technical teams * Organise and participate in project meetings, capturing minutes, actions, and follow-ups * Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely resolution and escalation where required * Ensure adherence to internal governance processes, quality standards, and client requirements * Set priorities, schedule engineering resources, update dashboards, and provide regular customer and project updates * Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes Main requirements for the successful Project Co-ordinator: * 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role * Experience in an MSP, IT services, or technology-driven environment is highly desirable * Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team * A relevant qualification in project management or IT (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
