*LTS* is seeking a *Senior Technical Project Manager* (TPM) with deep Salesforce platform delivery experience and proven success leading large-scale Agile programs supporting Federal missions. This Key Personnel role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team Salesforce initiatives while ensuring technical excellence, contractual compliance, and alignment with customer strategic objectives.
The TPM will serve as the primary coordination and escalation point across Agile teams, stakeholders, and vendors—ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and mission-critical Salesforce solutions.

*What You’ll Do: *
* Provide oversight of all aspects of field-level and task-level project performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, financial, and quality assurance activities
* Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational objectives
* Supervise project personnel; organize and assign responsibilities while balancing workload and capacity across teams
* Maintain regular customer contact to ensure conformity with contractual obligations and expectations
* Coordinate multiple Agile teams (e.g., Agile Release Trains) to manage dependencies and align deliverables
* Participate in and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and program-level retrospectives
* Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and business goals
* Track milestones and deliverables; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Serve as a point of escalation for issues spanning multiple teams or requiring enterprise-level resolution
* Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives
* Leverage technical expertise to support teams in resolving complex technical challenges
* Promote Agile and Lean best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Review and ensure quality of deliverables through disciplined SDLC practices, CI/CD adoption, and adherence to quality standards
* Manage integration of vendor tasks and review third-party deliverables for compliance and performance
* Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure program health and drive performance improvements
* Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet mission needs
*What We’re Looking For: *
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role
* Willing and able to commute to D.C. as required
* U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Public Trust clearance
* Experience managing functional teams of 20–25 resources
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or FAC-PPM certification
* SAFe Agile certification
* Experience delivering Federal IT programs
* Experience with the Salesforce platform
* Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex, non-routine technical and managerial challenges
*Preferred Qualifications: *
* Grants management experience
* Department of Commerce experience (e.g., NIST, NOAA, OCIO, NTIA)
* Agile, project management, or technical certifications

Pay: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
