5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9‑4/A. Must include Maths, English and a Science/Technical Subject and one of the following:
3 A‑levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above. One subject must be Maths and one subject must be in Engineering or a Science/Technical subject.
An equivalent Level 3 vocational qualification (must be a STEM‑related subject that aligns to the scheme/area you are applying for and worth a minimum of 96 UCAS points).
Salary Starting from £24,125 with annual progression through the scheme duration.

The Naval Ships Combat Systems Team As part of our UK Maritime Sector, Naval Ships designs, builds and delivers complex warships and combat systems. You could play a vital role in its future. We are designing and building the Royal Navy’s new Type 26 Global Combat Ship, a highly capable and versatile multi‑mission warship designed to support anti‑submarine warfare, air defence, and other operations anywhere on the world’s oceans. Our combat systems are in operation in more than 20 countries and this technology is vital in providing crew members with the information and capabilities they need to operate effectively.
