Technical Sales Executive / Account Manager East Oxfordshire Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Work Location: Primarily office-based. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £45,000+ per annum OTE Benefits: 31 days holiday plus an Additional day's holiday at years 3, 4, and 5. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should embody ambition and entrepreneurship. The Technical Sales executive will have an exceptional knowledge of the manufacturing industry, enabling the candidate to provide genuine solutions for their clients and in turn drive sales. The candidate will be comfortable and experienced in generating leads through networking and being an ambassador to the brand. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. * Process new orders utilizing our custom Sales Force system. * Track cash in and assist in order processing. * Promote new products and offerings to existing and new clients. * Self-generate new leads (financial incentives in place). Additionally, the Technical Sales Executive will engage in: * Produce daily sales reports to the team of directors. * Assist the business development manager in winning new clients. * Occasionally assist in delivery which will aid in building client relationships. Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales roles. * Strong negotiation skills. * Proficiency CRM software and systems. * Some prior industry experience attractive but not essential
