Salary Range: $55, $65,000.00 per year

Active Oregon Insurance Producer License (required).

Proven experience in insurance customer service or sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in agency management software (e.g., Applied TAM, AMS360) is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A positive and proactive attitude.

Provide exceptional service to our valued clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.

Support the sales team by preparing quotes and processing new business applications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth agency operations.

Stay informed about insurance products and industry regulations.
