Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and building systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Maintain the property's appearance and assist with landscaping or grounds maintenance as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and supplies used.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $27.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
