Restaurant Manager

Position Overview

Lighthouse Rooftop is seeking a polished, professional, and dynamic Restaurant Leader to guide our front-of-house team. Our leaders set the tone for both the guest experience and team culture — modeling excellence in service, communication, and execution to ensure every visit reflects the warmth and energy of Lighthouse Rooftop.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Oversee daily service operations, including floor management, pacing, and guest flow.
• Manage reservations, seating charts, and communication with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and foster return visits.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing training and clear feedback.
• Support scheduling, team communication, and adherence to service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and operational policies.
• Represent Lighthouse Rooftop's brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required. NYC Food Handlers required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong sense of hospitality and guest-focused mindset.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and integrity.

• Experienced with POS and reservation systems (Resy experience a plus).

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position, compensation commensurate with experience.
• Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability required.

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
