The Role
We're looking for a chef who's ready for something bigger, someone who wants to take a beloved restaurant and feel ownership. You'll have the creative freedom to modernize a menu people already love, lead a seasoned team, and help shape the next chapter of a true Baltimore staple.
You'll be the kind of chef who lights up when the kitchen's humming, the tickets are rolling, and the team's working in sync with the front of house. You understand the business side - events, cost, labor - but you also know that food and people are what make it all work.

- A leader with experience in high-volume kitchens and large private events
- A teacher and motivator who loves developing talent and building culture
- Someone who can balance creativity with consistency and control
- A chef who loves collaboration - FOH, BOH, ownership, everyone working together
