Barista/Cashier

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Upsell products and promote special items to customers
• Follow food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations

• Previous experience in a café or coffee shop setting is preferred
• Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
• Familiarity with Clover system is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Understanding of food safety practices in the food industry
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
• Passion for coffee, sales, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Job Type: Part-time
