Junior / Intern Full-Stack Developer – NextGen Coding Company (Client: Compliance Software Firm)

$10/hour

Schedule:
20 hours per week (ability to scale to 40 hours based on performance)

NextGen Coding Company is seeking a Junior or Intern Full-Stack Developer to support a growing compliance software client. The ideal candidate is an early-career engineer with strong English proficiency, strong technical fundamentals, and the ability to learn and deliver in a fast-moving environment. The role requires disciplined execution, clean coding habits, and a strong interest in modern TypeScript-based full-stack development.

Strict Requirements

• Must be
  U.S.-based
  , working from the East Coast.
• No offshore candidates, no subcontracting, no international degrees.
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Ability to commit 20 hours per week and scale to 40 hours over time.

Role Responsibilities

• Support full-stack development across a modern TypeScript ecosystem.
• Build front-end features with
  , React, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui
  , and supporting libraries.
• Implement backend logic using
  , TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL
  , and SST.
• Contribute to integration workflows using
  AWS, GCP, Stripe, Stytch, SendGrid, HubSpot
  , and related services.
• Work within a
  Turborepo
  monorepo structure to support scalable deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, UI improvements, and feature delivery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and follow engineering guidelines for quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Execute tasks with accuracy, discipline, and consistent communication.
