Elite Health is seeking Board Certified Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our growing team as 1099 Independent Contractors to support veterans in completing Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and Active Duty Claims—essential steps in helping them access the VA benefits they've earned.

This is a great supplemental income opportunity for providers with their own practice or exam room. You'll enjoy the freedom to create your own schedule, work a few days a month, and make a meaningful impact—without the headache of insurance billing.

Key Highlights

• MUST have your own exam room to conduct exams
• Flexible schedule – Work just 4 to 8 days/month, weekdays or weekends
• Cash-based pay – No billing insurance or chasing payments
• Earn $75–$400 per veteran
• Malpractice insurance provided ($20/month)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Compensation & Pension exams for veterans
• Review medical records via a cloud-based EHR
• Conduct physical assessments based on specific disability claims
• Submit your findings through a secure online portal
• Conduct all exams in your own equipped and private exam room

Requirements

• Active medical license in your practicing state
• Board Certified PA or NP
• Must provide your own device (BYOD)
• Must have a private, properly equipped exam room
• 1+ year of clinical experience; prior VA work is a plus
• No active litigation on medical license
