Build the Frontend That Powers the Platform

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Product & Platform team and take ownership of the interfaces that our customers live in every day. You'll work side-by-side with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship clean, fast, well-structured UI that scales.

This role is ideal for someone who cares about details, performance, and maintainability just as much as they care about shipping.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain full-featured web applications and reusable UI components for both web and mobile web.
  • Turn Figma/wireframes into production-ready experiences that are responsive, accessible, and consistent across browsers and devices.
  • Implement interactive charts and data visualizations, handling real-time and high-frequency data with a focus on clarity and usability.
  • Own performance: leverage SSR, code-splitting, and CDN strategies to deliver low-latency, high-Lighthouse-scoring experiences.
  • Integrate with backend services using REST APIs and WebSockets, and manage client-side state, caching, and error handling.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast iterations, preview environments, and safe rollbacks.
  • Contribute to our frontend architecture and best practices, helping define patterns, conventions, and standards for the team.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience building modern frontend applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, including hooks and modern ecosystem patterns.
  • Strong CSS fundamentals (Flexbox, Grid, responsive/mobile-first design) and hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS.
  • Deep understanding of browser rendering and performance profiling, including tools like Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and a track record of writing maintainable unit/integration tests.
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., , D3) and working with real-time or streaming data.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and give and receive feedback on design and implementation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $185,000–$250,000 DOE.
  • Equity: Meaningful ownership in the company.
  • Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance with HSA options.
  • Time Off: Paid vacation and company holidays.
  • Retirement: Employer-matched retirement plan.
