Keyholder/Content Creator

Job Summary
The Part-Time Content Creator/Keyholder plays a dual role at Pineapple Lain Boutique-serving as both a creative face of the brand and a trusted leader within the store. This position is responsible for producing on-brand photo, video, and social media content while also appearing in content regularly, including website product photos, try-on sessions, reels, etc. This team member is comfortable being on camera, styling outfits, and embodying the beachy-boho aesthetic that defines Pineapple Lain.

In addition to creative duties, the Content Creator/Keyholder is responsible for daily store leadership functions. This includes opening and closing procedures, maintaining store presentation standards, supporting sales floor operations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in training or guiding team members during their shift. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys being part of the creative process, and can confidently lead the store when management is not present.

Primary Responsibilities

• Model in photos and videos for product listings, new arrivals, website content, and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in on-camera content including try-ons, styling videos, reels, TikToks, and lifestyle shoots.
• Assist in planning, filming, editing, and executing social media content that aligns with Pineapple Lain's aesthetic and brand voice.
• Support with content calendar scheduling/planning with ideas, trends, and social media strategies.
• Help maintain the visual identity of the boutique through consistent high-quality content
• Open/close the boutique, following all procedures accurately and responsibly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine rapport with shoppers.
• Support day-to-day floor operations including greeting customers, processing sales, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and product placement to keep the store visually appealing.
• Ensure daily sales goals are understood and communicated to the team; help motivate staff to reach targets.
• Handle basic problem-solving during shifts (customer concerns, POS troubleshooting, etc.)
• Follow loss-prevention guidelines and maintain store security standards.
• Support management team in on-boarding and training new employees.

Qualifications

• Comfortable being on camera and representing Pineapple Lain Boutique in visual content.
• Strong sense of personal style aligned with the brand's beachy-boho aesthetic.
• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of social media trends, especially IG and TikTok, is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead confidently.
• Ability to stand, walk, or move around the store for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs when handling boxes or merchandise as needed.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be 18.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 25.0 per week
