We are currently inviting applications for a seasoned professional server with the poise, confidence, and technical skill that only come from years of fine dining experience.

Position Overview

This position is for a career hospitality professional, not an entry-level role.
You'll be responsible for curating the guest experience from the first greeting through dessert, with a deep understanding of menu flow, table pacing, and wine and cocktail pairing.
Although this is not a bartending role, strong bartending knowledge and mixology experience are essential. You'll work closely with the bar team to ensure seamless service at every stage of the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of fine dining service experience in an upscale or luxury restaurant
• Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Proven ability to manage a refined section with precision and grace
• Professional demeanor, impeccable presentation, and clear communication
• Deep understanding of hospitality — anticipating guest needs and maintaining composure under pressure
• Reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for service excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, discreet, and knowledgeable service aligned with fine dining standards
• Guide guests through menus, make pairing recommendations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Execute proper table settings, wine service, and pacing
• Support bar operations when required (pouring wine, crafting simple cocktails, assisting during peak hours)
• Maintain professionalism and focus in a high-expectation environment
