We are seeking a
Construction Supervisor - Mechanical
to lead the installation and integration of advanced mechanical systems—including liquid cooling technologies, piping, pumps, and HVAC—in high-performance data center environments. This role requires hands-on supervision, cross-trade coordination, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of mechanical construction experience, including work with liquid cooling systems, and excels at team leadership, technical problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

1. Education:

2. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

3. Experience:

4. 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction or supervision in industrial projects.

5. 3+ years working with liquid cooling systems in data centers or similar high-tech facilities.

6. Certifications:

7. Preferred: Journeyman or Master Mechanical License, AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), or equivalent.

8. OSHA 30 certification required: First Aid/CPR certification a plus.

9. Technical Skills:

10. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.

11. In-depth knowledge of liquid cooling technologies, heat
