Über

Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company is looking for a Safety Document Administrator for the Dragados-Hawaiian Dredging-Orion (DHO) Joint Venture on the Dry Dock Replacement project. The Safety Document Administrator is responsible for maintain documentation, records, training and compliance in the areas of Environmental, Health and Safety. This position reports to the Site Safety Health Officer.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assists with updating HSE policies and procedures.
  • Schedules and coordinate training workshops for the project.
  • Maintain accurate safety inspections, training records and other HSE related documentation.
  • Order and maintain PPE supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding record-keeping and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of federal and local Environmental, Safety and Health (EHS) regulations, including OSHA.
  • Manage confidential information

Working Conditions:

  • Office location: 960 Mapunapuna St. 2nd floor/DD5 job-site on JBPHH
  • Office Hours: 7:00-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
