As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading mechanical and plumbing projects from concept to closeout.
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned HVAC and plumbing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role requires strong communication, leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with field personnel, clients, subcontractors, engineers, and GC partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mechanical and plumbing projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, buyouts, and cost controls
- Lead coordination efforts with GC, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and owners
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress, safety, and quality of work
- Review submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and ensure timely responses and documentation
- Prepare change orders, track material procurement, and manage vendor relationships
- Work closely with field foremen/superintendents to ensure manpower planning and productivity
- Monitor job cost reports weekly and proactively address overruns
- Provide clear communication and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure projects adhere to contract requirements, mechanical codes, and company standards
- Lead project closeout, including punch lists, O&M manuals, warranties, and turnover packages
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC and/or plumbing
- Strong understanding of mechanical/plumbing systems, construction processes, and industry codes
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, institutional, or large commercial projects preferred
- Proven ability to manage costs, schedules, and field coordination
- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, and construction platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel between job sites

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75, $105,000.00 per year
