Construction Superintendent

About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Superintendent
to oversee commercial, healthcare & light industrial construction in Georgia. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing renovations and ground up commercial construction projects up to $20M+ and enjoys working closely with trade partners, clients, and project managers to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for projects
• Ensure work is performed safely, meets quality standards, and complies with project specifications and local building codes.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing of work, and daily activities to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively identify potential issues or risks.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a superintendent or field supervisory role, preferably with projects $1M-$20M+
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, building codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, digital plans, and reporting tools preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
