• Identifies needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenue
• Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing and billing inquiries on a daily basis
• Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
• Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email.
• Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system  

• High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent 
• Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.) 
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings
• Some basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
