You'll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You'll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a PT Assistant (PTA) and fieldwork students.
What You'll Do
- Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18)
- Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across gross motor, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional skills
- Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
- Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and interns
- Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy and state licensure (PT)
- Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
- Early Intervention credential preferred
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license & insurance
