We're Hiring: Regional Clinical Director – Aspen Hospice & Palliative Care

Aspen Hospice & Palliative Care is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Regional Clinical Director to lead clinical operations across our four Central Texas branches. This is a key leadership role that will help shape the future of Aspen as we continue expanding and elevating the standard of care we provide to our patients and families.

What You'll Do:

As our Regional Clinical Director, you will:

• Oversee clinical operations for the San Antonio, Austin, Temple, and Waco branches
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to each Director of Nursing (DON)
• Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and clinical excellence across all locations
• Collaborate with branch leadership to drive outcomes, strengthen communication, and maintain a patient-centered culture
• Support branch growth initiatives and help streamline processes as we scale
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing clinical environment

Who You Are:

• A seasoned hospice clinical leader with multi-site or regional experience (preferred)
• Skilled in coaching and empowering DONs and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communicator, organized, and deeply committed to exceptional patient care
• Able to travel between branches and build relationships across multiple markets
