POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to support the effective management, growth, and optimization of a premier radiology practice. This role combines operational leadership, physician support, quality oversight, and strategic planning to foster practice excellence, drive innovation, and maintain strong client relationships. The Practice Manager acts as the primary relationship manager and leader for physician client groups, responsible for building effective, service-driven relationships and providing innovative business solutions to complex matters in their practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a practice management professional seeking a broader business consultative role in a hospital-based physician group setting.

Must be local to Northern California.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support in adhering to volume and productivity goals through monitoring and trend analysis Assist with monitoring key practice metrics
  • Provide financial and scheduling support by developing efficient tracking tools for monitoring key metrics and adherence to budget
  • Accounts payable invoice management, expensify approvals, OPEX fund coding research and supply order management
  • Assisting to maximize radiologist billing compliance
  • Assist in development and adherence to the practice budget
  • Monitoring of clinical quality management programs, including OPPE reporting
  • Monitoring of physician payroll, payroll adjustments, and payroll reporting
  • Coordination of new radiologist onboarding (work with HR, IT, Legal and Local Team)
  • Optimization and coordination of radiologist licensing and credentialing RSC timecard and evaluation management
  • Assistance with implementation and communications of quality management programs
  • Regularly coordinates activities, tasks and tools with local practice
  • Assist with special project management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge – Theoretic or practical understanding of a subject (e.g., Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, trends, and best practices).
  • Skills – Proficiencies developed through training or experience (e.g., Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)).
  • Abilities - Innate or developed capacities to perform tasks (e.g. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information).
  • Experience working closely with physicians
    • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education (e.g., Bachelor's Degree in a related field)
  • Experience (e.g., 10+ years' relevant experience, 3+ years' supervisory experience)

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
