Advanced Specialty Staff RN
The Advanced Specialty Staff RN will provide timely, compassionate care to patients seeking medical-forensic exams in accordance with established protocols. This will include completing a medical-forensic exam, providing prophylaxis for pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, photographic documentation, and completing referrals for appropriate medical and psychological follow-up. This role will also collaborate with community partners including advocacy agencies, law enforcement, prosecutors, and child and vulnerable adult protection agencies where applicable. Functions in complex care settings while enhancing foundational nursing education in a specific specialty area.

- This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
- This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
- Texas: Lubbock
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.
- Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts.
- Work Status Available:
- Per Diem / On Call
- Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.

Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: SANE-A or SANE-OR Certification
- 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graduate in Nursing education preferably within a specific specialty area
