Job Description:

Ultrasound Technologist (Urology Practice)- Float

Location: Western Region Float

Hours: 4/10hr shifts Mon-Fri

Organization: NYI

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform a wide range of urology related ultrasound exams including, renal, bladder,

prostate and small parts in an outpatient setting.

• Prepare preliminary written impressions and communicate results to on site urologists
• Maintain and document regular equipment maintenance.
• Review and execute current lab protocols and assure emergent tests are expedited.
• Assist doctors with outpatient-related procedures/biopsies.
• Follow and understand all radiology policies and procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and computer skills

• .Must be willing and able to float throughout our Urology locations

We Require:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent.
• ARDMS (AB) certification required.
• Bachelor;s or Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Urology ultrasound experience is a plus.
