Solutions Representative

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Solution Representative. As a Solution Representative you will be responsible for selling Funnel's Online Leasing and Resident Portal products to new prospects (and where appropriate, expansion within existing accounts) focused on delivering a modern, fully digital leasing experience for multifamily property owners and operators. This role will combine consultative selling, product expertise, and value-based conversations to help prospects understand how Funnel's Online Leasing and Resident Portal solutions drive operational efficiency, applicant conversion, and reduced risk. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable with both technical and business-level discussions, and committed to exceeding quota in a high-growth SaaS environment. In addition to base salary, Solution Representatives are also eligible for additional variable based compensation.

As a Solution Representative you will partner with the Implementation team to ensure the prospective customer is a good fit. You will develop a deep technical understanding of Funnel's software stack and leverage this knowledge throughout the sales cycle, particularly as it comes to custom work requests and exhibit solid judgment on our existing roadmap. You will lead engaging product demonstrations for a variety of audiences ranging from C-Suite executives to more technical stakeholders. Lastly you will be responsible for helping to guide prospects/existing accounts from the sales discovery phase into an implementation playbook recommendation that ensures they are set up for success.
