As Operations Supervisor, you will be cross functioning across all areas of the Park and be responsible for effectively executing and supervising operational responsibilities across all departments, including front of house, party operations, cafe operations and customer services - in line with our Mission Statement. The Operations Supervisor acts as a key holder and manager on duty, maintaining operational standards and company policies with additional tasks as assigned.

Key responsibilities:

· Oversee Daily Operations: Executing and supervising the Brand's daily operations procedure from customer registration through transactional accuracy to gate security.

  • Product: Up to date knowledge on new Products, Prices, Packages, and Offers
  • Gate Security: enforcement of Brand Standard Entry and Exit gate procedures
  • Cash Handling: Banking, Shift change, Cashing up, End of Day procedure

· Customer Service: Serve as point of escalation for guest issues, while monitoring interactions and ensuring that guests experience professional and high standard customer service in all situations.

· Operational Compliance: Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez's Standard Operating Procedure, Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.

· Guest Experience: Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the Brand's cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.

· Team Leadership: Evaluates team members' knowledge, educates them on work related policies and procedures

· Location Monitoring: Ensure all areas, (play structures, party rooms, cafe, restroom) meet company cleanliness and safety standards.

. Execute opening, closing and shift-change procedures

. Provide on-the-job training across multiple departments

Teamwork: Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

Job Requirements:

· Experience in key holder or supervisory position

· Experience in staff training and team leadership

· Experience in cash handling and front desk

. Experience in event planning and execution

· Experience in operational compliance management

· Experience in customer service management

· Must be 18 years of age or older

Availability Requirements:

. 1-3 years supervisory experience preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail or food service

· Must have open availability

· Must be able to work during weekend and holidays

· Shifts are assigned as per business need

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
