Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, driven, and customer-focused
*Insurance Agent *
to join our team in Long Beach. This role involves helping clients find the right insurance solutions, providing knowledgeable guidance, and maintaining strong relationships. You will work directly with clients, quote policies, process applications, and support the agency's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Auto, Home, Business, Commercial, and other personal lines insurance needs.
• Provide professional insurance advice and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Generate quotes, explain policy terms, and complete new applications.
• Manage client accounts, handle endorsements, renewals, and billing questions.
• Follow up with leads, maintain consistent communication, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure strong retention.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to agency growth.

Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience preferred but not required—training available.
• California Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency management systems.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
