Line Cook/Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher/Expo to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment. This position requires a passion for food service, teamwork, and a commitment to providing excellent dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with banquet and catering events, ensuring timely service and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Buss tables and assist in the dining area as needed to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication during busy service periods.
• Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting any shortages.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food handling or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking methods or menu items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
