We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor - Construction to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
• Oversee the implementation of construction management software tools such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam to track progress, manage documents, and update schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work aligns with design specifications.
• Manage project scheduling using Primavera or similar tools to meet deadlines while optimizing resource allocation.
• Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure construction meets all regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Oversee budgeting activities including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and managing contracts to stay within financial parameters.
• Conduct site inspections using tools like ohmmeters for electrical checks or other specialized equipment as needed.
• Supervise team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance; foster a positive team environment focused on productivity and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incident reports, inspection logs, and project documentation for accountability and reporting purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and contract management.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including quality control procedures and schematics interpretation.
• Strong management skills with previous supervising experience leading diverse teams on complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring clear dissemination of information.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; proficiency with measurement tools like ohmmeters is a plus.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is desirable but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA certification are required; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous.
