DisplayMax is hiring experienced Project Leads to join our dynamic travel team. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy leading by example, and are ready to take charge of remodel projects at retail locations across the country.

As a Project Lead, you'll supervise a team working on in-store remodels during closed hours. You'll manage project scope, ensure the team is staying on task, and serve as the point of contact between DisplayMax, the client, and the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide on-site team members throughout the project

Assign and manage daily tasks to ensure all scope of work is completed on time and to spec

Communicate directly with the Project Manager and client contact

Submit accurate daily reports and team evaluations

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times

Ensure team members are clocking in/out appropriately

Train and support new team members on job specifics

Monitor team behavior and performance, reporting concerns to HR and completing write ups and reports when needed

Adhere to company procedures and safety standards

Perform hands-on work such as shelf resets, VCT flooring, millwork, and merchandising

To succeed in this role, you must be a confident leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example in the field.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience leading fixture installation, merchandising or construction teams

Strong computer and communication skills

Positive, team-first attitude with a focus on doing things the right way

Reliable and self-motivated, with strong time management skills

Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physically demanding work

Willingness to travel for extended periods

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

VCT flooring, millwork, and general construction

Retail fixture installation and merchandising

Reporting and documentation using digital tools

Competitive hourly pay
