Main Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the Grocery Department (including Frozen, Dairy & Liquor/Beer).
• Supervise and train department personnel.
• Manage ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Champion customer service programs and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Implement company merchandising policies and seasonal sales plans.
• Control shrink and prevent sale of out-of-code products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Open and close the store, potential to act as Store Director in their absence.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and supervising.
• Maintain accurate accounting of sales and cash register operations.

• Handle administrative details and make hiring/disciplinary recommendations.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (coolers, freezers, loading areas).
