Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinating team members, handling purchasing for the STK and Store locations, and ensuring efficient flow of inventory, shipments, and documentation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing people, processes, and operations systems simultaneously.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations:

  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products and materials.

  • Ensure accurate inventory control, proper labeling, and organization of goods.
  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and efficiency within the team.
  • Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, audits, and replenishments.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Process Optimization:

  • Develop and implement warehouse process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Streamline receiving, storage, and distribution procedures.
  • Vendor Relations:

  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize pricing and service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong warehouse management skills and knowledge of inventory control.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and vendor interactions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management roles, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, data, tracking, budget sheets).
  • Strong Organizational and communication skills
  • Forklift Certification or ability to become certified.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical warehouse environment
