Sales Associate – Kick Essentials

We're looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic sales associates who are passionate about sneakers, fashion, and helping customers find the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock inventory, and keep the sales floor organized
• Learn product details on top sneaker and streetwear brands
• Process transactions efficiently using our POS system
• Manage buy/sell/trade intake with accuracy (training provided)
• Create in-store content (product photos, TikToks, try-on clips, etc.)
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals
• Represent the Kick Essentials brand with professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (sneaker or fashion experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Weekend availability is highly preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~25 lbs
• Passion for sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
