Über
- Lead the product lifecycle management (PLM) of digital technologies including scheduled and on-demand digital banking product releases
- Lead a team of digital technology analysts to complete credit union, business, and IT digital objectives
- Develop direct reports to their highest potential by identifying development/growth areas and appropriately coaching to increase overall team performance.
- Assists in developing short and long-term objectives, goals, and strategies for the digital technology analysts
- Develop and refine strategic 3-5 year roadmap for digital technology products and services
- Serve as the "member experience" liaison and digital technology representative on strategic initiatives
- Manage, research, and implement digital banking platform improvements including custom development and third-party integrations
- Partner with FinTech and other third-party IT service providers to deliver digital innovation to LGE's membership
- Collaborate with LGE business units to evaluate new digital products/features, drive digital technology initiatives, and provide support/training of business objectives
- Coordinate business and IT project activities across multiple teams to ensure successful completion of digital product releases, member experience designs, and product implementations
- Responsible for Agile digital banking product lifecycle management including but not limited to:initiatingplanningscope/user story definitiondesignexecutiontrainingdeliverysupport transition
- Establish digital technology standards, goals, and metrics to measure success and effectiveness of digital channels and services
- Define and improve product management processes and methodologies to ensure products are implemented on time and within budget, while adhering to high-quality standards and exceeding member expectations
- Manage third-party digital technology programming teams and development tasks in support of digital banking initiatives
- Identify digital channel systems and related IT infrastructure for consolidation and/or optimization purposes
- Promote and facilitate adherence to organizational project governance procedures/processes
- Assist with research, selection, negotiation, and management of external consultants or vendors
- Apply your knowledge and experience of credit union industry digital products and services to project activities
- Responsible for budgeting annual digital technology operations and strategic initiatives
- Be familiar with and follow all policies, procedures and processes which have been established in order to meet compliance requirements of all applicable federal regulations. The regulations include but are not limited to the Privacy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC),
